The Poster Parade is a regular exhibition of items from the London Transport Museum's historic poster collection. 20 posters are exhibited on the First Floor Mezzanine of the London Transport Museum to illustrate a theme chosen to support marketing and live programs work being carried out by the Museum. April - July's poster parade, entitled Don't. Please. Thank You is a wonderful example of community curating. The display is illustrative of a collaboration between Transport for London's Youth Travel Ambassadors program and the curatorial department at London Transport Museum. The exhibition includes 16 posters from the Museum's historic poster collection alongside 4 works made by students at the City and Islington Sixth Form College on the Youth Travel Ambassadors program. The students' work reflects a cross-section of influences from the Museum's collection while also reflecting the concerns facing young travellers today. Don't. Please. Thank You will be on display at London Transport Museum, from 24 April until 24 July on the First Floor Mezzanine.

We are delighted to announce that the Posters Network has been awarded a grant by Arts Council England as part of the Museum Resilience Fund 2015-8. This grant will support a research project based at the V&A, to investigate collection and curation of digital posters. We'll be thinking about the changing possibilities and characteristics of the poster, pooling the Network's expertise and seeking new skills and knowledge. We want to ask questions, test ideas and find practical solutions to the problem of how to collect, conserve and exhibit digital posters. We're looking forward to collaborating with you!
